20 mins waiting time for chicken poutine on with only couple of customers to serve. Later updated to 5 mins. Poutine box was not closed. No spoon or fork available in store.

I have been a customer for 30 years at various locations of pizza pizza stores both dine in and pick up and delivery and I have always been very satisfied and I have recommended pizza pizza to many of my friends and family. My quelm is that yesterday on March 9th 2023 I received very bad customer service from this male agent from the call centre at 1145pm. What happened my neighbor placed an order for chicken wings at 9pm and waited until 1130pm for his delivery. I called pizza pizza and the rude csr said there was technical problem with the confirmation of the order and he was rude to me and he said they did not hear he would wait in the lobby for the chicken wings to arrive. He was rude to me his attitude and I have worked for 20 years in customer service and he was an ignorant individual. I reported this to the supervisor this morning on March 10th 2023 and she said she will talk with that car and that's it. In the meantime my poor neighbor is a senior and had to wait on his feet for over 2 hours and supervisor didn't offer me a coupon or something to make it right. Thus farewell pizza pizza I will no longer be a customer There are other fabulous pizza restaurants
