Dr. Oakley Smith Rhinoplasty

Just a generally bad rhinoplasty. My bridge was thin, he made it flat and wide. He didnt fix the crookedness. A really rude person to talk to. He wasn't helpful or informative, seemed to really not care in anyway how my nose job would turn out. Very unenthusiastic about his job. I asked him if he though it would go well in one surgery and he said "meh" like probably not. It didn't go right and then he also won't fix it. 10/10 regret my decision. Ick

I had a rhinoplasty procedure performed by Dr. Oakley Smith and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. From start to finish, the entire team was wonderful and very accessible. They were patient with all my questions and concerns both before and after the surgery. While no results are guaranteed, I am beyond thrilled with the outcome of my procedure. Dr. Smith's work has given me a nose that suits my face perfectly and looks very natural. He is truly talented at what he does and I have referred others to him already. If you're considering a rhinoplasty in Toronto, Dr. Oakley Smith is without a doubt the best. I cannot recommend him any higher. I recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Oakley Smith for a rhinoplasty procedure, and I cant recommend him highly enough! From my initial consultation to my post-operative appointments, Dr. Smith and his team were nothing but professional, attentive, and supportive. They put me at ease from the get-go, and Dr. Smith took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all my questions, which made me feel super confident in my decision. I mean, I was a little scared to go under the knife at first, but knowing I was in the hands of the best in the business really helped to take away the fear. The results of my rhinoplasty exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only is my nose now more aesthetically pleasing but the functionality has also greatly improved, thanks to Dr. Smith's expertise in fixing my deviated septum. If I was to describe my results, I'd say that my nose is still me and very natural but elevated both from a functional and cosmetic perspective. Dr. Smith's work is truly chef's kiss. If you're considering a rhinoplasty procedure, I can't recommend Dr. Smith highly enough. He's a true expert in his craft and his compassionate care, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. Waited 2 years for an appt. A few months before our scheduled date, we were contacted by the Office Manager, Beena Jeyawan-Persad, and she stated that a date was available earlier. We politely declined. Fast forward a month or so later and we were advised that our appt had to be rescheduled to a closer date. We agreed and a date was rescheduled about a week sooner. A week before our scheduled appt, we were advised by Beena Jeyawan-Persad via an unprofessional email that due to us not confirming the new date, our appt was cancelled. Upon contacting Beena and showing proof that a confirmation was never asked for, we were advised that she would reinstate the appt, but we were to fill out a bunch of forms prior to her doing so. After 2 years of waiting, this was how we were treated, so we ultimately responded stating that we were no longer interested. If it doesn't feel right, Folks, don't ignore that gut feeling!
