        Bill, Garrett and their crew have given us outstanding service and it is a pleasure to give them credit publicly. Our plumbing problem was a major backup that affected 4 units in our building. The JohnThePlumber team had to make 4 visits, they always showed up in the first 20 minutes of the time frame we were given, they were courteous, clean and very efficient. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Most tradesmen hate having someone watch them; Garrett and Bill welcomed it. We can recommend them highly.
