In a world where takes a sneeze to dupe a gullible customer into spending thousands on a plumbing emergency, Avelino is the Camelot. He showed up, on time, with his wife as crew, and first diagnosed the issue (backed up sewage caused by roots in clay pipes). Didnt charge a penny. Gave me a quote and said hed come back to fix everything once he gets a crew together. Two days later, they fixed everything while I was out for the day. Charged me LESS than what he had quoted. He didnt have to do it. I had already accepted the fact that Id be plumbing poor. Huge respect for Avelino. What a gentleman, and a high-class professional. I will tell all my neighbours about him.
