We had our sewer backup into our basement due to tree roots growing into the existing clay sewer pipe. Andrew was able to come quickly to assess the problem and had his team complete the work the following day. Would definitely recommend!

We just finished installing a mainline backwater valve as well as a water service upgrade and we are completely happy with the services provided. Andrew is a top-notch professional with a wealth of expertise. After visiting our home, Andrew outlined solutions, timeline and budget. He took great care to ensure we understood the process and he answered all our questions. Outside of the work Andrew was hired to do, he also gave us winterizing tips for various parts of our home - this was invaluable. Absolute Draining & Plumbing recently did an excellent job in replacing our main water line. Andrew is very professional and the timetable he gave us was indeed followed from start to end... no delay! He said his team will come 9:30am, and even before the said time, his team already came and start setting up. His team are highly skilled and left no mess after all the excavation done in our basement and driveway. The price given to us was also reasonable. I highly recommended Absolute D&P!
