Plumbers Direct

They sent two guys for a drain clog and charged $600. Only took 30 minutes to fix because I pulled off the toilet. But fair enough 2 guys @100/ hr 3 hr minimum. They couldve only sent one guy but thats not my issue. There was another clog that came up in the sink. They wanted to charge another $200 ( I got it with $35 of draino ) because they charge by the job not the hour. Its a terrible service tactic and is a blatant rip off. When I complained they offered to take off the tax if I paid cash, which is also unethical.

Excellent service. Joyce was extremely helpful and had a plumber out within a couple of hours of calling. Will be using them in the future for sure

We had an unexpected problem with the sewer in the building where we conduct our business and Plumber Direct were super helpful, understanding and on time to fix the issue in no time! Definitely would use their services again and recommend them!

I have to say that I was very pleased with their service. 1) called number and it was immediately answered. 2) had to change time and they were very accommodating. 3) guys who came over give you a price upfront, no hidden fees. There is a $59 service fee for any call. 4) had parts on hand, fixed and cleaned the space before leaving. 5) same day service too, which is very rare these days. I will definitely be calling them for future needs that arise.
