DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They did some work for us and their work was not up to code, which ended up creating a big problem, and damaging/flooding a brand new kitchen. We have reached out numerous times and they are not responding or rectifying the problem that even their own supervisor Shendon said was not done properly. Since his visit, there has been zero communication. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY. We used them on a few other jobs and thought they were a reputable, stand up company but clearly we were wrong. Seems like they job create at their customers expense. Nima was very helpful and informative when he came to check our shower which required new caulking. The job was very well done and he made sure we saw the before and after! Also very polite and patient with me as I asked all sorts of questions to better understand the issue in our shower. He was also transparent about the costs and provided options for the levels of work needed! Highly recommend!
