Service Line Warranties of Canada

In March 2023 I received a letter telling me that I needed to update payment information via the website to retain my warranty. I did so. In May 2023 I received another letter telling me that I needed to update that info by May 15, 2023 to retain my warranty. I logged into my account to check that the new payment info was on record on May 8, 2023. The policy had been cancelled. I called the customer service line, and they confirmed that the warranty had been cancelled due to non-payment. Ridiculous.

I was told the work is not upto the code. Other plumber said overflow pipes are as per codes. This is just a ruse to avoid work. I am updating the review as the corporate office team followed up with me and is trying to resolve the issue. They are very open to listening to the concerns and providing resolution.
