At least 1 week delay of a birthday present, not from Canada. I could source this from India myself for much lower price. I regret did not read these reviews...well, will be more careful next time.

Order at your own risk. I chose this out of a several local Toronto options because I was ordering a Mothers Day gift and they guaranteed delivery 1 week before Mothers Day. Well, that was a lie. I was in touch with their customer service department every day for two weeks. Every day they assured me that there was just a small issue and I could expect it soon. Well, it finally shipped. Two days before Mothers Day and it shippedout of India. Ive got a feeling it wont arrive in time. This company is dishonest and manipulative. Do not trust them. They will take advantage of you and lie to you. They have lied just by listing their address as Toronto on this Google profile.

I ordered a 30 x 30 canvas print of a painting that my son had done on a very small canvas. I didn't think to check the reviews here first and I was shocked to see such bad ratings. I probably wouldn't have ordered if I had seen the ratings first. I had compared prices with a few other companies and as far as what I had found, this company had the best price. I was surprised to see that it was shipping from India and I was definitely worried about the condition it would arrive in. It arrived fairly quickly and was in good condition except for the two top corners. Both corners were slightly damaged and I had to add some color to the corners to hide the damage. Once up on the wall, you don't notice though. I would definitely like to suggest to the company that they add some foam or cardboard bumpers to each corner. It is a small thing to do, but it can make a huge difference. The quality of the picture and colors was not the best but I had expected that it wouldn't look as nice as the original picture. It actually looks a lot nicer when I look at it from afar. Up close, it's not as nice. Overall, I do not regret my purchase, I had been wanting to do this for years.

I recently had a canvas print created and my order was perfect. I had no issues, the order shipped quickly (less than a week, though they are located in India), it was well packaged for shipping and the canvas product was flawless. I am not sure why all the negative reviews. I would highly recommend!
