Very disappointing. I was the only customer in the store with two staff. I walked it and said hi, hello 3 times, no one replied!!! I waited for more than 5 mins and still no one getting back to me. I walked to the back of the store and asked one of the staff to print me one b/w page, which i was charged for $3.15 plus tax (for one single-side page!!!) Super rude, super expensive!

I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN . Went there couple of times . Most of them r super rude, no respect for custmers. Last time i was there 2 days ago i asked this tall guy named Brian to enlarged the menu i had. I brought my own scissor with me and cut a piece of the menu in 1 sec , give it to him to make a simple copy of that with smile on my face very freindly . He yelled at me " this s not your office . go do it in your place"!!!!!!!!!!!! I said this s the small piece that i cut in one sec what s wrong with it ? He was like ppl can make us sick by covid by coming in to our shop . and the horrible thing was he had no mask on his face while he was talking to me with no respect and yelling and i had my mask on my face . He even couldnt make a simple copy of the paper i handed to him . I think he s not mentaly stable . A simple job !!!!! OMG he is super aggressive . Thank God he went to answer the phone and this nice guy called Eustim did help me with no mistake or complain . I hope the company s managment read my comment and do something about this guy Brian . I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN . I AM SCARED AS A LADY. Also there s blond about 40 yrs old guy working there too when u ask him to make a copy of a paper he gets mad no smile doent want to get up from the chair to do anything!!! Shocking

VERY RUDE! I got one document printed on legal sized paper. The moment I walked in, the male staff(bald head male staff) goes very rude. He literally shows his attitude showing 'why are you being in my way'. All that sigh when reqesting my information make it so uncomfortable. When he asked what E.X.A.C.T date and time I uploaded the document, I was struggling to answer as I couldn't remember the exact time. And he keeps going "You don't know HUH?? you don't know huh!?" He could've just asked for my name or inform me to check the email. His attitude got worse and worse so I kept a straight face. I couldn't smile anymore to him. Then he realizes and goes "I'm not trying to be rude. I'm working here alone and it too busy" (a second later, another male staff comes out lol) Well, when you say that, you know you were being very rude. That's why you try to excuse for yourself. He just wouldn't stop complaining that he is working there alone and too busy. That is not my fault that he is working here alone!!! I called before coming by. So if he was that busy to accept new customer, he could've just said they are not able to have a new customer. So freakin rude.
