        Worst customer service, rude employees and now lies in their response. Interesting. Refused to take my prepaid Fed Ex package (UPDATE: a velvet ottoman from Marketplace - not "flammable goods" as they state below!) Told me that I needed to go to FedEx Ship Centre at 475 Commissioners St instead (UPDATE: which is NOT the closest alternate location. Again, another falsehood in their reply). They stated they would only take the size of the package I had if I purchased a label through them and that this information was on their website (if it is, I can't find it.). So if I purchased a label I could leave it but not if it was a prepaid return label from the original shipper? Interesting
