        Staff is great and helpful. I forgot my work permit and left for day and they kept it safe in lost and found. I was able to get it back next day without issues.

        Honestly I dont know why the review is not great. I live in the neighborhood and go to this store a lot, purchased printing machine under assistance from the staff, use the Purolator service multiple times, and the self-printing/photocopy service is just so convenient. You could also get passport photo there. The staff are knowledgeable and warm-hearted from my point of view in the past 3 years.
