My sister visited the store today with my mother because she wanted to purchase a plant for my mother. The customer service man was very rude to the point my sister and mother left the store without purchasing what they wanted which also made my sister cry. If there is even one employee that is either racist or rude to customers, they shouldn't even be serving customers because that brings the reputation of the whole store down.

First stop for herbs and fresh vegetables in the neighbourhood. Well washed greens and neat packaging, good prices. The inventory has grown exponentially especially over the pandemic. The owner Helen is very sweet and organized everything on her own! The new centre shelving is her own design too. Huge plant selection, obscure herbs and spices, snacks and sauces. There's also a new freezer that carries ice cream.

I always look forward to visiting this market. All their produce has been fresh and local. I love their plants section. The prices are much less compared to other stores for plants.

I came to this location just 3 days ago and the man and women was very nice when I bought a zz plant for myself. Today I went to buy something for my mother and another plant for myself. I had my 2 year old daughter with me who was looking at the snacks and trying to choose something to get, the man came and said this is not a paradise, this is for business. So I decided to purchase the chocolate first then continue looking at the plants. He was not letting me look properly at the plants and kept coming saying are you ready?, and then again he said this is for business, not for paradise. And my whole time in the store was for 5 minutes. He was very rude, I am not sure if it was because I wear a scarf that he was racist or anything. But this experience was so rude, specially when I told him I wanted to buy a plant as well. When I left I told him I wanted to buy a plant but you know what Ill buy it from another store. This was the first time that a customer service actually made me cry when I left the store.
