Having dealt with many different property management companies over the years at Lakeside Village, I am very pleased with how quickly and professionally Milos and his team at Principle Property Management dealt with an issue that was uncovered in the middle of a renovation. His swift actions allowed us to continue and move forward without any delays. Principle Property Management recently took over the management of our property and I'm glad to know that we are in good hands.

I almost sold my condo and left 8 years ago until this new management team took over at 500 Sherbourne. Milos, our building manager has done an amazing job keeping this building in tip top shape. He is helpful, open to feedback and very proactive about making improvements that benefit the residents.

PM never smiles and does his best to avoid you and the issues that your having at the building.
