Terrible place to rent from. They never respond to concerns from residents. They are cheap and do not have enough staff on site for emergencies. What kind of property management company does not hire someone to be on call after regular business hours?? Terrible. They charge ridiculous rent for people to live in places that are crumbling and falling apart

Worst office management at 1757 Victoria Park. The staff does not know the owner of the parking spots, they don't know which locker is empty and available. The snow removal always comes late which made me not able to come out the building for work.Horrible! Disorganized staff seems like they don't know what they are doing. Staff always blaming the system and head office!! I was inquiring for a locker, the staff told me to call back because she said she has to check the system. I've been calling for 6 months and I get the same answer call back. Inefficient staff. They should be trained properly how to run the office.
