        Fantastic management. My building is spotless. Management handling matters immediately, is most impressive. I have not once had an issue that wasn't resolved in a timely matter. Thank you Elite management. Keep up the great work

        Our last property manager assigned by Elite was not good and the strata asked for a replacement, the replacement is actually a little worse. Elite needs to offer better management training and support to their front-line property managers. They should also introduce the open door policy which is more inviting and offers better customer service. The current property manager hides in the office and keeps the door shut even though he still has plenty of privacy when the door is wide open.
