RATING:0/5 Nicolle Mcneil: ZERO Peter McLean: ZERO This company overcharges residents with high fees and hires cheap technicians who have no idea how to work the alarms so they ring several hours every week disrupting residents' lives! When this is brought to their attention Peter actually said: go into work then. Nicolle Mcneil is completely incompetent! She is awful and has no communication skills. She ignores serious issues and Peter McLean sits back and is the most apathetic and indifferent person. Both should be fired with cause! I work with 2 other management companies weekly and it is like night and day compared with these pathetic clowns! Absolute THE WORST management company ever and I have dealt with 5 others since 2000. Only ever miscommunication or no communication at all. They are rude, dismissive and incompetent. They treat resident/owners with disdain - it is really shocking! Property managers are complacent and leave office staff to field calls - most of them are very rude! Peter McLean and Nicolle McNeil are terrible and indifferent and not to be trusted with addressing issues and even assistant Ida is one of the rudest office workers I have dealt with and is not truthful. Marion is the only decent one there who acts in a professional way and actually tries to help but she is not a manager. 76 Shuter tried to get rid of them and will probably do so again in future. They should be replaced as there are some really good companies around - I have dealt with several - at lower fees! They are complacent and feel entitled in the buildings they managed from the start. Not surprisingly, no new buildings ever hire them. Very high management fees in their buildings for subpar service. Larry Beeston is at the head office and things are taken a little more seriously when a complaint is made to him directly but only marginally. Head office in Winnipeg should be more concerned with the inept managers in Toronto and the unacceptably poor service.

I have had one of the worst customer service dealings with this company as a tenant. I have dealt with many management companies. Certainly, this company ranks at the bottom of professionalism. My complaints were never taken seriously and they always found a way to rebuke the complaints with worthless reasons.
