Ah yes - the company who refuses to let a 85 year old man back into his apartment after three years of waiting patiently - the hope is that he gives up so this company can make more money. Read the CBC News article. Avoid this horrific, greedy corporation like the plague. Seriously - what is wrong with your organization? Do you have any moral fiber of human decency? Evidently not.

The cleaner for 1545 Bathurst St is a problem. Everyday he bangs doors with vacuum with no care in the world.. He stares people down with an uncomfortable look. The heating NEVER works and its January. No garbages outside or inside the building. The only good thing going was the dumpster which they got rid of. You will have to wait 4 months for a buzzer if you even get one. Residence are sometimes judgemental and rude but others are very nice. Certain units have dogs that never stop barking. Overall I dont recommend the building or the management as they have a history on their own.

Extremely rude staff and management. Horrendous application process. Very unprofessional and delays in returning rental deposits of $7k. Receptionist yells at you on the phone and hangs up on you if you ask her for a confirmation. These individuals must hate their jobs. Sending formal written complaint to CEO.

I lived in 276 st. george for over 5 years. I didnt have problems with the management company. Super in 276 st.george is amazing and i loved the neighborhood.
