We used this company for management of our condominium. I have nothing good to say about them. They performed ok at the beginning and went downhill fast. They never follow through what they promised. Financials was missing or delayed. Our operating account has gone negative regularly. No onsite to supervise major projects in the building. Since we terminated their services and engaged with a new and improved company, things are looking a lot better. Stay away from this company. You would be way better of.
