    My SO's landlord has stopped responding to him, his apartment is in unlivable conditions and we no longer have any support from RentPerks, or his landlord. This situation is so frustrating, please avoid RentPerks at all costs, they will ignore your needs, and only contact you when they need money from you.

    RentPerks fulfills what's required to manage a property. They breakdown monthly financials and provide historical financials. They can accommodate non-resident tax withholdings, which is critical for those who live out-of-country. We experienced difficulties getting financials correct at first, but it has improved over the years Like any company they could use improvement on communications. Some notifications are not pushed to the Owner through the website account or app. The only way to know if there's a new notification is to check the account manually. Could also use improved communication during lease renewal/termination to better know if you'll have a vacancy or a lease extension, or to know if/when your property is being advertised to fill a new vacancy. They can also improve on providing Owners with a way to contact someone via a non-generic support email or phone number Overall they've done well enough. They've improved over the last few years and the hope is they will continue to improve and fill some of the gaps we've experienced

Like any company they could use improvement on communications.
