After weeks of trying to get ahold of a manager I have lost my patience. On the day of my reservation, I paid my $300 deposit using Interac and confirmed with the 2 employees at the Calgary Shawnessy location that I would be refunded my deposit back onto my debit card. When my reservation ended on Nov 29, 2022 I was than told a cheque would be mailed to me. Okay what?? This happening caused 2 of my bills to go nsf. The branch manager did get in touch with me and he did deliver a refund cheque to my home. BUT the cheque was short!!! Ever since than the branch manager HAS NOT gotten back to me. I've called the customer service number and yet to hear back from the distract manager and the regional manager. Its been 3 weeks!!! Enterprise is willing to take our money so fast but to give back the money they owe me apparently is impossible. Not all of us have the privilege to live a nice and cozy life and don't have to worry about money. Unfortunately, I am not one of those people. Enterprise not only has not paid me back my full deposit and has cost me $94 in NSF fees plus the cancellation of my insurance!!! Merry Christmas!!
