We bought our home in the Beaches in the beaches back in 2012 and worked with Irene from the KB Real Estate team for the purchase, and she made the entire process delightful (even after the sale was done). We were buying here while living in Vancouver and we felt well represented here on the local scene. In the 11 years since, Irene as maintained a great business relationship that morphed into a friendship (yes, she's that nice) so when it came time to list our home the choice was easy - Irene and the KB Real Estate team or no one at all. My family was very pleased with the professional services the KB Real Estate Team provided us . This is the only house our parents had ever owned (1958) so parting with it was going to be an emotional rollercoaster. Irene Kaushansky guided us every step of the way, always reachable day or night with any concerns. When we had our initial meeting with Irene of Keller Williams, Irene was professional and clearly knew her business. Irene understood our needs and had her whole team work with us in different roles.
