Cant respect no junk mail sign on door with their flyers. Would not use a realtor who uses this sleazy practice.

I met Alex for the first time and immediately I knew we didn't need to interview another realtor. His honesty, integrity and work ethic was evident. After signing with Alex I was further impressed by his professionalism, concise communication and efficient and effective service. He was realistic but also optimistic and executed above our expectations. It also helps that he is kind, respectful and a very good listener. We highly recommend.

Alex Beauregard is an excellent realtor. He is sincere, knowledgable, respectful, well organized with clear vision. The presentation he prepared for me detailing his plans for selling my house was outstanding. As a result, I felt confident that the sale of my house would go smoothly and Im happy to say that it did. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I recommend him highly!!

I was very happy with the service provided by Alex. He is highly knowledgeable about his target market and has a very good judgement with respect to the value of any one property. He is thoughtful, thorough and at the same time very quick to respond . Extremely reliable. Clearly, the interest of the client is his first priority. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
