Larenne is such a pleasure to work with. We've leased 2 condos with her and both times we've been blown away by 1) how awesome the place she found was for our budget and 2) how fast the whole process was. We're pretty busy and were HUGELY appreciative of going from messaging Larenne -> having a signed lease within a week, BOTH times.
