Let me start by saying....Monicais a great agent. Now I'll get into whyI was relocatingout of provinceand the studio I was to soon work for in TorontorecommendedMonica (already a good sign). From the beginningMonica asked all the right questions to understand what I was looking for. Getting to trulyknow what I wanted was key because I like to do my own searcheson Realtor.ca daily. Thus each day I wouldshow her one or two listings and she would walk through them citing advantages due to locationor disadvantagesdue to other aspects....all through the lens of what she knew iwas looking for.. She was patient and informative all the way. What made this purchase uniquewas I was not in Toronto and had to purchase remotely. Thus I couldn't be there for any viewings andto "get a feel for the place" I had to rely on Monica to do that for me. She went to a number of viewings on my behalf and alwayspainted a truthful picture of the unit, the building and the surroundings. During the offer stage I felt that Monica was representing my best interest and not just trying to close a deal. We walked away on a couple occasions and ultimatelythat paid off as the unit I did buy came back at a later date offering something they knew we thought amicable. Highly recommended

Monica is amazing! Shes a hard worker, it doesnt matter what day or time it is she will answer you. Im a first time home buyer and Monica was able to help me find the perfect home! Even after I bought the place she still checks in with me. I have built a relationship with her that Im sure will last years from now and I will definitely use her again in the future!
