Ever thought of a realtor as a family member who understands your requirements and works diligently to get you that? Bizarre eh? Not so much. Not at all. Roopali was amazing to work with! She not only worked within my strict budget and grand ideas but helped make them a reality. Her property suggestions were always thoughtful and considerate to my needs. In fact, one of the properties she suggested is the one I ended up going with. Funnily enough, on paper, it looked terrible and I was hesitant to see it. Once I walked in the door, it was love at first sight! She took time to explain the process of everything and we created a negotiation plan together. I can honestly say I wouldn't have gotten my dream place without her sharp negotiation skills. With multiple offers and me being out of town, she negotiated and went above and beyond to help me get everything done. Even sent friendly reminders of things I would have to have in place prior to moving in (hydro, insurance, condo documents). I now have a place in Toronto that has an amazing view of the city, High Park and the lake! I feel like my home is my oasis. It's really AMAZING!
