Oksana is a truly a strong professional who goes above and beyond every step of the way. We were in the difficult position of having to sell a family member's condo and reluctantly move them to a more supportive environment as they became too disabled to remain in their home independently. It has been an emotional and trying time that was made so much easier by the Real Estate expertise and all the support, care and compassion that Oksana extended to us. Other agents could (and did) see us as easy pickings during this vulnerable time but Oksana treated us and our property with all the proper respect deserved. Oksana did a fantastic job selling our downtown condo unit during the COVID-19 pandemic, ultimately selling our unit for higher than the asking price! She was professional, knowledgeable, and closely followed market trends & gave us updated recommendations as the situation unfolded in late March and April. If youre thinking about listing your home and youre not sure which agent to list with, may I suggest that you list with Oksana Jancevic? While it might not seem that the listing agent matters, let me tell you it does. Not all situations are alike. You may need to sell quickly, you may want to get the highest price even if it takes a bit longer, you might want to do improvements to reduce sales time but arent sure what will matter. Trust Oksana. She understands the market and what you need to do to sell your home for the best possible price in the time frame that you set. She will listen, understand your requirements and make your goals her goals. I have listed homes with other agents and never felt like I was their primary focus. Once I was passed off to a junior agent while the agent I hired went on vacation for a month. When you are working with Oksana you will feel that you are the only one that matters regardless of your listing value. She will fight to get you the best price while other agents may push for a deal to make a quick sale. Oksana is patient, hardworking and tough when it matters. We worked the game plan together, and she gave wise counsel along the way. We did some judicious editing and staging, tweaked the plan as we went along and we hit my goals. Most importantly, we sold my home for more than we thought possible. I am the type of person who likes to find professionals I trust to do business with and am very loyal. Oksana helped me and my fiance purchase our first home. As first-time home buyers, we were exited but rather apprehensive about the home buying process.
