Hi, Ive used Suzannes services regarding renting my condo, and it was much easier then I expected and experience in the past with other agents. I interviewed three realtors when I planned to sell my house. Suzanne responded to the character of my house during her walk through and provided an approximate listing price and strategy for selling. She followed up with a comparative analysis of other houses in the area. Her selling strategy included acknowledging and emphasizing the character strengths of the house and we worked together to declutter and arrange. (The other two realtors wanted to do a major staging of the house; one realtor wanted to completely empty the house then bring in their own furnishings and I realized for that realtor, staging was another way that they made money.) Together we prepared a timeline so that I fully understood what and when would be happening. Suzanne was with me every step of the process, helping me declutter, taking things to the donation centre, and providing a few accent ceramic dishes and textiles. Her services also included arranging and paying for a home inspection, outside window cleaners, and inside house cleaners. This made the process less stressful for me. She was also able to offer excellent recommendations for movers and lawyers. My house sold within a week of listing for over asking and had three offers in a softening market. I highly recommend Suzanne; she is very astute and knowledgable about houses and the real estate market. She is organized and efficient, a good listener and communicator and made me feel comfortable and confident during every step of the process. After the sale, she continued to check in with me to see how I was readying for the move and if I needed help or had concerns; she truly cares about her clients. Suzanne offers exemplary service and expertise.
