My wife and I were trying to find a home to rent on short notice with a baby due very soon, Dan Kligman worked with us and went above and beyond to make sure we found a home we liked and made himself available at all hours to ensure we were happy. Ive had the pleasure of working with Dan Kligman and the Yorkville Team for my real estate needs for the past 6 years. Dan is an excellent and reliable agent whom I have compete trust in to have my best interests at heart. He immediately understood my exact tastes when looking for my first condo purchase over 6 years ago. We found quite literally the perfect condo that ticked all of my boxes on only the second set of viewings. He then guided me through all necessary steps to meet the tight deadline in order to be in a position to make an offer; and then showed great poise and judgement during the subsequently competitive auction process where we ultimately secured the unit. Ill always be grateful to Dan for his guidance during that stressful and consequential hour. It turned out to be the best investment decision Ive ever made. Dan also has extensive knowledge of the Toronto market and always keeps me aware of interesting opportunities, showings, events, expert calls / teach-ins, etc. Even when Dan and I are not actively engaged in business together, he has the thoughtfulness to send a gift with a hand written card every new year (its still not necessary Dan!). Most recently Dan helped me rent my condo within a very tight time window as I navigated a move to the UK. Dan made the experience very smooth for me so that I could focus on other things. Hes also never afraid to speak out to ensure the best result possible and has the experience and conviction to do so. Dan worked tirelessly in the late evening - during the holidays no less - to finalize the offer that required much back and forth with the tenant. Once again Dan come through for me when it mattered most. In summary, Dan simply executes at the highest level with the utmost professionalism and care. I would absolutely recommend him as a real estate agent and personally expect to continue to do so for all my Toronto real estate needs going forward.

The Yorkville Team, especially Lirad, were wonderful with the house sale. Very professional, communicated well and responded to questions very quickly. Any issues were quickly and positively addressed - I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
