Dexter continuously went above and beyond throughout my entire experience with him. He always picked up the phone when I called no matter what time and always gave sound well thought out advice every-time I asked a question. Purchasing a cottage is an extremely daunting experience, especially when purchasing a property several hours away. The 'conveyance of offers' process is inherently stressful, but Dexter did a fabulous job of providing us timely and thorough information about the process. His communication to us at every step of the way was outstanding and kept us calm and focused on our priorities. He also strategized well with us to make us successful and land a cottage with only 2 offers! I highly recommend his services and can't say enough about his professionalism.
