What can I say about Jordan?? If you are looking for THE expert in all things Toronto real estate, don't bother looking elsewhere. With a highly developed network of "people", Jordan is a conduit in the Toronto real estate scene. From agents, to mortgage brokers, to renovators and contractors, window professionals, paint crews... Jordan is the guy you want in your corner when it comes to one of the most stressful times of your life. He is also highly knowledgeable when it comes to all things homes. When we did about 20 walk throughs of homes, he would point out everything to me... from "this place had a fire" to "probably not up to code here" to "it smells like cats in here", Jordan really wants to find you the best home possible with the LEAST surprises. Jordan found our first condo 9 years ago, and now our first home, and even with certain limiting criteria, Jordan rose to the challenge and found us our dream home. On a personal note, he's just a nice dude. Responsive, goes out of his way to make you feel like his friends, professional, always on time, and helped me understand some of the more complex parts of the buying process. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. If I could leave 6 stars I would.

I don't know where to Start. Jordan has been tremendous in our search for our home. He has given us a very thorough experience with each and every home we looked at, we were not easy clients as we looked at more homes than you can imagine ( from August-Jan) and Jordan was just as enthusiastic from the first home to the last. The information he provides before and after is invaluable. I had a choice with going with 10 other agents ( as you can imagine everyone has at least 5 friends that are agents). Jordan with his work ethic, organization, knowledge and drive for customer satisfaction is second to none. I would highly recommend Jordan or anyone from his team ( all were a pleasure to work with).

I couldn't be happier that we chose to work with Jordan Rasberry and the Core Asset team to sell our home in Toronto! He was on the ball with everything- from comps, overall neighbourhood/market knowledge to staging/cleaning/home inspection/design/storage/photography and more. With Jordan, no task was too large or small from start to finish (including shovelling snow) and his response times were always quick and enlightening. If you want a relator that makes you feel like a #1 client and gets you top dollar for your home sale with an amazing overall experience to boot, then look no further because you found the best of the best! I couldn't recommend Jordan and the Core Asset brokerage enough... thanks a million for a quick and seamless sale in this very shaky market!!

Jordan was extremely helpful and professional finding us a new home. He was diligent, made sure to call out any flags we needed to be aware of (for example poor maintenance, not a good builder, ongoing issues) so we felt safe and secure when we were looking at places. He responded instantly and made himself available whenever we needed. When we couldn't go to a booking due to timing conflicts, he went and video called us in describing the current condition of the place and the pros and cons. One of the most honest real estate agents I've worked with, wasn't in it for a quick deal, it was about the right place that made sense for our budget and what we were looking for. Would 10/10 recommend him to anyone and will be going with him for our next place in the future 100%!
