He was highly supportive and responsive as we navigated, in a rather short time frame, a first-time condo purchase. I would highly recommend Adam to first time home buyers such as myself. Knowledgeable about the market, attentive and available, he took the time to understand what my wife and I wanted and was never in a rush with us. He actually recommended the condo we purchased, skillfully negotiated a price below listing and proactively worked with our mortgage broker to address a status certificate issue that could have been a problem for our mortgage lender. Adam is very helpful and genuinely cares for his clients and I'm happy to have him as our realtor.

Adam's a pleasure to work with. We were new to selling, so we had lots of uncertainty and Adam did a fantastic job walking us through the complexities of balancing selling and buying, which was critical during bumpy times. We ended up selling our place in a day (!) and purchasing our next place in a week. He took SO much stress out of the process. A lot of that success falls on Adam: on the sell side, he coordinated staging, presented us with strategies and ensured everything went smoothly. On the buy side, he worked with our budget, put us in touch with a fantastic broker, made helpful recommendations and negotiated a price we're really happy with. He's extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, a calming presence and, on top of it all, puts in the work. Would highly recommend!
