This guy Jonathan, was the sale agent. When the closing was done, what a problem to get the key for the condo. He only gave my lawyer the 4 numbers code and thats all. When I get to the building, where all the lock boxes from all the agents are, were like 50 in total, his lock box was not mark down neither with his name, business card or apartment number. Like other realtors did. So I am still waiting to get the keys. Leave many massages in his phone number since yesterday and not answer. Today is Canada day. No idea how I can get into my own place thanks to agents that after they get their commission they dont care about their clients. Oh and dont make me talk about the agent who representing me.

Jon Edwards is being a great leader in this team, not only because he is leading as an awesome example (I worked with Jon for most of the time), but also because that I worked with Kaeman along this journey to buy my first home worldwide. They care about me as they represent me, always have the verifiable answers or take actions to look into the answers, never pushed me away in any ways no matter what needs I have. As an asian client, I don't feel very confident about my English, but I never had any pain points or uncomfortable moments when I talk to them. I think people should feel confident dealing with Jon no matter what background you have, and ask many questions or confirm any doubts in your mind about the real estate markets, because he is a kind man with deep knowledge in Toronto real estate markets and years of experience, more importantly, he thinks for your best interests.
