Christine Johnstone was extremely helpful and enthusiastic with helping my little family find our new house rental. She is friendly, down to earth and over all a pleasure to work with. She responds to emails and call in a timely fashion and happily answered all questions we had. We would recommend using her services and will be doing so when we need real estate services in the future.

I have only excellent things to say about PC275. Apart from their excellent fees, they give a way above average service. I am saying that after having clocked about 50 real estate transactions over the years. Caley and Andrew were always available. They were very thorough in explaining all legal aspects of the deal. Most importantly for me, their approach to evaluating the market was based on a detailed overview of the market. I could clearly see what was happening and I could adjust my expectations about the prices that market was suggesting. Their help with staging was very important to us and the prices were very reasonable. I liked their website very much as well. Altogether they offered us a smooth sailing with excellent results and an extremely professional service all along.

Our agent was Georgina Turchet. As first time home buyers we were nervous about the process but Georgina supported us from the very first day to when our final offer was accepted. She was very knowledgeable of the current market trends and was very helpful and straight forward with us regarding the purchase of our first home. She even helped us find our mortgage broker! Georgina was very professional and would respond quickly if we sent her a text message or called her. She always tried to make herself available anytime we were looking forward to visiting a place.
