In 2018 we trusted Walid and his team to sell our first townhome in Ajax and find us a new home in Bowmanville and he met every expectation that we asked for in 3 weeks. 5 years later we felt it was time for another change so we gave Walid and his team a call. With a week of planning to prepare the house it went up for sale and 1 day later we received a call from Walid with an offer we couldnt refuse. From start to finish they made everything smooth and worry free. With the house sold it was time to find another one. Because we liked Bowmanville so much we gave his team an extremely hard challenge. Find us a house within 2KM of our current one. We were assign Julian to help us find a new home and in 3 weeks we were able to secure a house in the same area within our price range.
