I once again called on Scott for assistance to get the condo I purchased through him over a decade ago, leased, since my recent tenant moved out. While I was out Canada, I worked closely with Gary Fung of the Weir Team to help find an apartment for my family in Toronto. To say he went above and beyond, would be an understatement. He sent me organized detailed listings, taking all my family's needs into consideration and made thoughtful recommendations. I had no idea what shopping around for apartments in Toronto, while being in the Caribbean, would entail. I was out of my element and felt very anxious. Gary answered all my questions, remained dedicated and found us a suitable apartment where both the landlord and tenant were happy; and all within my tight deadline.
