To say Odane was a amazing Realtor is not enough. He worked with us day and night over the weekends and into the late evenings. We were given notice that we had to leave our current residence due to our landlord wanting it for personal reasons. Odane came in and saved the day. Was very patient with me and my 1000 questions and ideas and suggestions. Answered all my questions no matter how silly they may be. Took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a home and assisted us in securing a new spot right in the nic of time. Thank you so much Odane for all your help and support.

*** UPDATED REVIEW*** I had to add another review for my realtor Odane simply because he's amazing. I just sold another property with him and I goto say I can't believe the amount of care and times he went to my property to make sure it was ready to sell. I live in France now and have never actually seen or been inside this particular unit. Odane as you will read below, found the tenants and took care of everything from A-Z and now was able to sell my unit. He arranged the contractor to fix all the things needed to sell and went out of his way to clean it by himself after the cleaning company missed some detailed spots. He did a deep clean essentially. Bravo Odane. To future clients don't hesitate about hiring Odane for any real estate services. He's willing to take the extra steps to make sure your happy and won't hesitate to use him again if I can ever afford another project in Toronto ;). All I can say is Odane has gone above and beyond to help me managing my property. I wasn't able to do anything when I finally got the keys to my new condo but Odane is a great real estate agent and was able to not only find me great tenants but went out of his way to make sure the tenants were reliable. He also contacted them when I wasn't comfortable to remind the tenants of the terms / rules. When we get on calls they usually last an hour just talking about investing and the ups and downs of the Toronto real estate market. You'll feel more than confident he's the guy you'll need to get the job done.

Highly recommend using Odane as your agent! Working with Odane was a great experience. He was not discouraged and kept us on track after a few failed offers and in the end was able to help us secure a home in our desired location. Odane used his top tier negotiation skills to get us our new home which was purchased during a very hot market. He doubled down when we sold our home to get us an offer higher than we expected. With his help we were able to use the additional funds made from the sale of our home to renovate our new home to customize it to our liking. Working with Odane was a one one stop shop.Odane not only helped us with the buy and sell. He also referred a great lawyer as well as mortgage broker. He showed genuine care for our needs and wants. He stayed in touch multiple times a day until we bought and sold our home and followed up frequently after the purchase was complete. He was also very easy to contact and communicate with. He provided great insight into the real estate market and helped educate us during this process. We couldn't thank him enough for his help and the resources he has in the industry. We will definitely be using Odane in the future and highly recommend him.
