Had a phenomenal experience with Vanessa. I am brand new to the city and she was able to help navigate the various areas of Toronto, give me suggestions and provide rentals she thought would make a good fit. She was helpful throughout the decision making process, so patient, and I felt like I was really well represented anytime I put in an offer. Would definitely recommend!!

I recently purchased my first condo with Vanessa and I have nothing but good things to say. I also referred a few of my friends to her and they echoed the same sentiment, so I'd highly recommend working with her! Vanessa is very knowledgeable about the real estate market (e.g., helping you identify good neighborhoods but also advising you against the not so good ones, sharing market trends), extremely professional (always on time, well prepared with the details and comps, etc.), resourceful (I also found the best mortgage advisor and lawyer through her), trusted partner (she'd always give you the best advice, even if it means not closing the deal on a given occasion), supportive (I was in the market on and off for a year before I got my place, but she was very proactive in finding suitable listings for me even when I was slacking), and lots more! I was able to get my dream place with her, hope you can too :)
