I met Rahul, as he was recommended by a friend. I was stroked by how supportive and knowledgeable he was within my requirements. He is a great listener and was quick to understand what I was looking for and made sure whichever listings he sent me matched my needs. One quality which is unique to Rahul is: he is a great negotiator. In this market where everyone wants to churn money, he was stern in all our negotiations and knew each property's worth. He handled all our ground work and we are more than thankful for his service!

Rahuul and Maya are both exceptional realtors. Their expertise is not just in real state, but in understanding financials to plan a budget for the purchase. I have been using their services from finding a rental unit till purchasing a condo and never had a problem, more so, they both went above and beyond for us. I had ZERO knowledge about how real estate works, and thanks to them, not only do I own an amazing property, but also have gained a lot of knowledge.
