The team at Buttonwood are so great to work with! They are professional, knowledgeable, respond quickly, and take all the stress away from managing a property. Their online portal is also very convenient, especially during tax time when all your revenue and expenses are conveniently summarized for you. Highly recommended.

I've been working with Buttonwood Property Management for about a year now and they've been fantastic. They manage my condo and handle everything to do with the tenant. I was nervous about being a landlord after moving away from the area of my condo but they've made it incredibly easy. They take care of finding/screening tenants, managing communications with the tenant, handling repairs and communicating with the condo as needed. They communicate when repairs require approval or there are any changes but otherwise it's completely hands off. They provide a portal where you can access all financials and documents needed for tax purposes. Super easy to use. One of the main reasons why I originally picked them was because they charge a monthly fee and don't mark up repairs. Gives me confidence that I'm getting the best possible rent and are only doing repairs that are necessary. Can't recommend them enough. They've been fantastic!
