I would recommend Shay to anyone looking for rent in Toronto. With the current state of the rental market my hopes to find and secure a place that met all of my criteria were low but Shay helped me do just that! He was able to secure the first place I applied for against tons of other people. I was honestly shocked at how quick and easy the process was compared to the horror stories Ive heard. Shay also provided honest information about each condo that I was interested in which I was really grateful for. I couldnt have done it without him!

Shay was such a pleasure to work with, I couldn't recommend him enough. It always felt like his #1 concern was just finding a place I would be happy in. Making a sale (and therefore getting his commission) never felt like the priority, which I think is a rare find in a realtor. He had plenty of insightful, honest information about each building and area we visited. Moreover, he was very punctual for viewings and quick to respond to any messages and/or emails, regardless of the time or day. He made it very clear what documents were required and helped procure those documents wherever he could, so when I wanted to put in an application, everything was ready to go. I would happily use him for any future rental/purchasing needs in the future, and would recommend his services to any of my friends and family. 5/5 experience!
