We are so pleased that we chose to work with the Babiak Team for the purchase of our home. Mariko was our agent and she is absolutely outstanding. Selling my condo with Anna was a breeze. She was like a ray of sunshine during our initial interview, easily addressing and helping to alleviate all of my (numerous) concerns. By the end of the meeting, I could tell that she genuinely had my best interests at heart, and felt fully confident trusting her as my agent. The pre-sale preparation was planned to the smallest detail, and all the experts she recommended were superb. I was now a member of this great team, happy to do my part and pleased with our progress. Whenever I needed assistance, be it advice on moving/storage companies or getting packing materials, Anna's resources were available to me. She was quick to respond to any arising issues and constantly stayed in touch. I could only admire her efficiency, productivity and perseverance. All the preparation stages aligned perfectly and the results were fantastic - the sale was a great success! It was only natural that I asked Anna to help me find a new place.
