Ryan was an absolute pleasure to work with. As first-time homebuyers, we had lots of questions but he really helped demystify the process from beginning to end. He spent lots of time getting to know us and what we were looking for and was very patient throughout. He knew what to look for during showings and his market knowledge and expertise really helped frame our search. He was the one who ultimately found the place we ended up with before it was publicly listed based on what he'd learned about our preferences. When it came to making an offer, Ryan was fantastic in helping to zero in on a price and strategy and did a great job negotiating the sale. If you're looking for a real estate agent I can't recommend Ryan enough!
