This is only the second home we have bought, and first time working with Cari & Paul but they made this second experience by far the best one we have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and considerate when it comes to his clients. Paul was always available when we needed him and he made sure to point us in the right directions to avoid making any rash decisions. Cari and Paul are an amazing team! Whether you're a first time buyer/seller or looking for an investment property. They will really take their time to explain the process, go over the market information and help you make a decisions based on your unique situation. Were so blessed to have Paul helping us to buy our first home in Canada. Before I know Paul, I met some real estate brokers who did not give me any professional advices and made me lose confidence to buy my first property in Canada. Its so lucky that I got referred to Paul who taught me a lot during the buying process and adjusted lots of my concerns with his professional knowledge.
