Rakesh will get you the most for your listing and pays attention to every detail. My go to agent for 20+ years had to step back and referred me to Rakesh and what a relief it's been to know that there's still integrity and conscientiousness in today's real estate market. I have known Rakesh for years as a fellow musician, we even toured together back in the day. I knew he was doing real estate and I thought I would ask him to represent me to lease my furnished condo (which I had been living in for 12 years). It is a dear place for me and I wanted to find a renter that would treat it with care. I cant say enough good things about Rakesh and his business, to start he is highly efficient and reliable, professional and knowledgeable beyond the usual but it is his attention and care that is exceptional and so rare to find. He would go check on the place to make sure the cleaners did their job, change the lockbox codes... He hired the best photographer and did an incredible listing that got 30 showings booked, multiple offers and way more than asking! All while being 100 percent available for all my questions and concerns and guiding me along the way. I cant recommend Rakesh Tewari enough and would say you will be in the best hands when selling/buying or leasing. 6 stars!!!
