We recently worked with Jerry from the Ramos Team to purchase our first home and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the first introductory phone call, Jerry was extremely patient with all of our questions and took the time to lay out the steps involved with the process. He made sure we felt comfortable through the nerve-wracking process of buying a home during a very uncertain housing market. His response time when contacted is exceptional! The highlight for me was the fact that Jerry truly wants to help you find the best house you can get. When we first reached out to him, we were set on a specific budget and a townhouse, but with Jerry's guidance, we were able to land a fully detached home just slightly outside of our initially proposed budget. We are so incredibly grateful that he pushed us outside of our comfort zone and proposed homes to check out that we wouldn't have come across ourselves. He really does value the relationship he has with this clients and his service doesn't just end when the house closes. Post-closing, we had some unfortunate issues with some contractors who cancelled on us last minute, but Jerry was still there to help us by leveraging his contacts. My wife and I worked with Jerry and The Ramos Team for our first home purchase after being referred by friends who had a great experience with him purchasing their home. They had amazing things to say about him, so we decided to take the chance. It ended up being a great decision! We cannot say enough great things about Jerry!
