        Told us the cost of the appraisal but a few days later when the appraisal was supposed to be done, he gave us the invoice that was charging more and would not answer about it directly. Very shady business. Not trustworthy. What a waste of time.

        What I really appreciated about Frontier's Appraisal on my Yorkville condo is that it was fair to market value. They didn't just rely on "comps". The Appraiser took photos that detailed the wear and tear of the property which helped show it's true worth. Thank you so much for your experience, integrity and knowledge. I would use you again in a heartbeat.
