My experience working with Eugenia as a first time homebuyer was nothing short of excellent. Her deep experience and knowledge in everything related to homebuying was critical in helping me both understand the process and determine what worked best for me. She would never put any undue pressure on me to buy a place that I wasn't feeling and would instead point out flaws or tradeoffs during showings that I wouldn't have ever known to look for otherwise. Eugenia was always available and there with me at every stage of the homebuying process and I couldn't have found a better guide for this process. She will certainly be my go-to recommendation for anyone looking to enter the market.

The team at Evans are fantastic. Experts who are completely reliable and smart realtors. We worked initially with Eugenia Evans (who is brilliant), and then with Armando Leitao, who became our much beloved realtor for the purchase of our first home. The team at Evans has so many years experience in real estate and property including buying, renovating, and selling, and Armando was so clear and precise and smart, completely responsive, and always listened very carefully (something we really appreciate). He was patient with our complete ignorance of the house buying process, had a great, wry sense of humour, gave us lots of really useful cautions and advice based on his many years of showing at all price ranges and his own experience doing up homes, and worked really hard for us to find us a great house (we dragged him allover the GTA and beyond). He got us a great price, in a short amount of time, in a ridiculously hot 2021 market in the Toronto area, where house prices were increasing as you watched! It was great to work with a family business who were so professional; we hate fake, slimy salespeople, but in contrast, this firm are grounded, realistic experts who get the job done so smoothly. We cannot say enough great things, and really love our new home, thanks Evans!
