House Inc. Real Estate Appraisal Toronto GTA

I was first recommended this company through a realtor friend of mine. More specifically he had recommended Tim Chan to me. When I initially called Mr. Chan, he had introduced himself in a very polite manner and was able to assist me right away. I was in the middle of a divorce with trial and Tim Chan was the prefect guy for the job. For various reasons. I attach a copy of the findings. Mr. Tim Chan was hired shortly after by myself to do a proper appraisal of my home and use proper comparables to get the most accurate value. Within 4 days of the phone call Mr. Chan had come by to take pictures and within 1 week, I had the report made. The report was very thorough I would say every piece of detail was carefully considered and calculated to a fairness of the actual value on my separation date. He had considered highways and schools in the area as well as conditions of the properties. Surely enough the other side had contested Mr. Chans report. The case conference Judge had said that video testimony is fine but in person is usually preferred. Mr. Tim Chan had personally drove Downtown to Ontario Superior Court of Justice to testify his report and explain to the court his findings and rational of the report. He was heavily cross-examined by the other parties Lawyer (as equalization was a big factor between the two parties). The judge had recognized both Mr. Tim Chan and the other apprasier to be experts and could have just met both appraisals in the middle. Instead the judge had recognized and chosen to use Mr. Tim Chans report. It was a Pleasure working with Tim Chan and I have already recommended him to friends and family, anyone who is in need of a professional for whatever their reasons may be. Definitely I will be using Mr. Chan for future appraisals of my own. He was pleasant and very easy to work with and a life changer for me. Thank you for your work!!!!!

Loved working with the team at House Inc.! They were very knowledgeable, responsible, professional and the customer service was unbeatable! They were very flexible and able to accommodate a rush appraisal when it was needed. The communication was great, they kept me informed throughout the entire process about how they work, their scheduling and turn-around times.
