I was referred to Ruchir Shah to help close my condo and I am SOOOOO happppy with how everything went!! Ruchir and his colleague Rialayne were able to help me through this whole process and it felt like I had people on my side who wanted my best interest. There were a few bumps I had to deal with and I did not know who to go to and when I called Ruchir he handled everything so positively and was able to direct me in the right direction. It was one of those experiences where you could trust someone and hoped they offered other services you need as well. It was that great! And if you have ever Closed during this market, especially construction which I had to, you'd know that you need people who know how to handle every type of situation.
